You are responsible for any ticket (parking or otherwise), penalties, towing charges, or impound costs that you incur during your rental period. Unless you purchase the “Unlimited Tolls” package, you will also be help responsible for all tow fees incurred.

Typically, all pick-ups are remote and you can access the vehicle by following the text message you receive 2 hours before your rental begins. If you need assistance, please call or text us at: (818) 851-1651.
We gladly deliver our Teslas within 50mi of our locations for a flat-rate fee. You may calculate your delivery costs by going through the reservations process online.
We accept returns seven days a week at our locations through remote drop-off.
We can list up to two drivers on any rental agreement. Both drivers must have valid driver licenses and insurance coverage.
Yes! If you rent for a minimum of 7 days and up to 29 days, we will provide a 15% discount. For vehicles rented 30 days or more, you will get 30% discounted. These discounts do not apply to any additional charges.
The charges for the extra miles placed on our vehicles will vary. They are based on the style and make of the vehicle. All extra mile charges are listed in your rental agreement during checkout.
Each vehicle has an allotted number of miles that is included in the daily rental fee. The number will vary based on the vehicle and is listed on the rental agreement.
Yes, the deposit amount will depend on the vehicle that you have rented. A hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period, the hold will be released when the vehicle is returned without incidents.
We do allow clients under the age of 25 to rent; however, there may be an underage fee assessed during the reservation checkout process.
If you are a U.S. citizen that has car insurance that covers you for driving different vehicles, you will likely not need additional coverage. We will call your insurance provider and ensure coverage. If you are an international client, we will help you obtain insurance coverage for the rental period.
No smoking in the Teslas. If there is evidence/odor of smoking in the vehicle, you will be subject to a minimum $500 fine.
Please return the car as clean as you received it. We don’t expect the car to look like it was just detailed; however, if the Tesla is excessively dirty upon return, you may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $250.
General Questions
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text with information on accessing your rental vehicle.
You can locate Tesla charging stations through the vehicle’s touchscreen, via navigation, or on Google Maps. Supercharge stations allow the Tesla to charge to 80% in about 30 minutes.
Unless specified with a “Free Supercharging” tag on the vehicle, most of our Teslas have “Pay-As-You-Go” supercharging which means that you will need to pay for any supercharging use. You are allowed to use supercharging stations which will automatically bill our account; however, at the end of your rental you will receive a reimbursement invoice and the supercharging costs will be invoiced from your card on file.
To lock or unlock, tap the key card on the center of the pillar to the right of the driver’s window. There is no auto lock while using the key card, so please make sure to tap your key card on the window pillar when you leave the vehicle.
Please return the cars with the same amount of charge as you picked them up with to avoid any fees or penalties.
