Can I back out of the agreement?

Yes, you are able to end your rental at anytime. Simply return the vehicle and it will be as if you rented the Tesla at a discounted rate the entire time! As long as you haven't gone over mileage, you won't have to worry about paying anything else out-of-pocket.

Do I need to buy car insurance?

Yes, all Rent-To-Own buyers must have their own car insurance. You must also add EK Rentals, Inc. as an Interested Party with your insurance provider.. Coverage limits are provided at the time of creating the contract. Each vehicle varies on the coverage required.

When will I receive the title?

Once you complete the term, the title will be transferred to you within fourteen (14) business days.

What happens if I am late on a payment?

You are given a maximum of five (5) days after your rental payment due date to pay. After that time, you must return your rental vehicle or it may be reported stolen. You may be subject to additional fines, penalties, and criminal legal action depending on the circumstances.

What happens if I receive tickets or tolls?

You are responsible to pay all tickets, tolls, and fees within five (5) days of invoicing by us. If you do not remit payment within five (5) days, we may cancel your rental and you will be required to return the vehicle back to us.

How do I pay supercharging fees?

In most cases, we will take a credit card from you to put on file for all supercharging fees to automatically get charged to your payment method.

How does the rent-to-own Tesla program work?

The program allows qualified drivers to drive a Tesla while gradually working toward ownership through a structured agreement. It provides a pathway that moves drivers closer to owning the vehicle over time.
