Rent-to-Own Program

We charge a one-time set-up fee in the form of your first two-week rental. The 1st payment varies from $1000-5000. After that, the Renter will make biweekly rental payments on your vehicle, you will earn the profit after all expenses until the full term is complete. Once the term is complete, we will transfer the title to the Renter. Check out the calculator below for exact breakdowns!

With our RTO program, we validate the Renter's full coverage insurance & verify the car is protected at all times. We are informed of any policy changes to protect your vehicle.

Renter must maintain Standard Full Coverage Auto Insurance including Liability Coverage with limits as follows:

$100,000/$300,000 - Bodily Injury

$50,000 - Property Damage

$5,000 - Medical Payments

$30,000/$60,000 - Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist – Bodily Injury

$250 - Comprehensive Deductible

$500 - Collision Deductible

Waiver on Collision Deductible

As the Owner of the Vehicle, you will verify the insurance documents along with all other necessary information about the Renter before we pull the trigger and start the RTO agreement!

The Renter can terminate the RTO agreement anytime; at which point, we will offer your Vehicle as a new RTO opportunity for another renter! Rinsing and repeating the entire process for exponentially higher earnings to you!

If the Renter is late five (5) days or more on a payment, we have the right to cancel the RTO agreement and gain back ownership of the vehicle.

The Renter's credit card will be assigned on your Tesla Owner account so that each supercharging usage will automatically be billed straight to them! If the Renter accumulates any tolls, tickets, and all other fees, you must send it to us for reimbursement from the Renter; they have up to five (5) days to pay upon notice from us.

Please email us a picture of the ticket so that we send to get reimbursement payment from the Renter. Renter has five (5) days to pay all penalties or tickets.
